This article is meant for those who subscribe to our Managed Services plans.
When you sign up with us for our Managed Services support plans, you will receive a new tray icon with quick links. This changes from time to time as we build on the options available.
We suggest that when you have any sort of issue, that you report it using the tray icon and selecting "Submit a Ticket". This will direct you to the ticket form where, once filled out, it will submit to our Support Department.
1. To use the tray icon, locate the icon that looks similar to this:
2. Then, click on the icon. This will bring up a menu with items to choose from:
3. Click on Submit a Ticket to request support. This will open the new ticket window. Please fill out all required fields. Please be sure to include any screenshots that may help us to expedite a resolution for you.
Once your ticket is submitted, one of our engineers will respond to your ticket and suggest the next course of action.
