How do I create an account for the Booking Portal?

Follow the instructions listed below to create an account for the Booking Portal.

While an account isn't required to book appointments, it does allow access to a few other options.
  1. Book appointments
  2. Cancel appointments
  3. Reschedule appointments
  4. View your upcoming appointments

1. Once at the Booking Portal, click on "Sign Up".


2. Enter your first and last name, email address, and best contact number to reach you. Then, check the box and accept the terms. When ready, click "Sign Up". An email will be sent to you requesting that you confirm your account. Click on the link in the email to confirm.

3. Then create a password for your new account. Enter your password again and click "Create".
